BJ-6800L系列水性自干漆（Water-borne Self-dry Varnish）
水性自干漆是由水性丙烯酸樹脂、無機(jī)粘合劑、有機(jī)顏料及特殊助劑等組成，為雙組份自干水性漆。
本產(chǎn)品具有良好的流平性和裝飾性、附著力強(qiáng)、干燥快、耐磨性好、抗刮傷、耐酸、耐堿和施工方便等點(diǎn)。廣泛適用于鋁材、不銹鋼、電鍍、機(jī)電、機(jī)械等產(chǎn)品的表面涂裝。
Water-borne Self-dry Varnish is composed of acrylic aid resin, inorganic adhesive, organic pigment and some particular adjuvant.
This product has great leveling and decoration properties. Strong adhesive force, fast drying, good resistance to abrasion, scratches, acid, alkali and easy to use are the advantages. It is widely used in surface coating for AL, stainless steel, plating, mechanical and electrical parts.

施工注意事項(xiàng)及使用方法：
涂裝前工件表面必須干凈，避免有機(jī)溶劑、油污、塵污等雜質(zhì)附在工件表面，影響漆膜附著力。涂料應(yīng)充分?jǐn)嚢杈鶆蚝蟮谷胝{(diào)漆桶，用無雜質(zhì)的純凈水作稀釋劑，漆與水的比例為1∶0.1~0.2，加入稀釋后攪拌均勻，用160目~200目濾網(wǎng)過濾后，靜置消泡后即可噴涂施工。
Note:
Clean the tools before coating. Avoid any organic solvent, grease or dust sticking to the surface. This will affect the adhesive force of the film. Stir it to make it even before pouring it into bucket. Use purified water for dilution (paint: water=1:0.1~0.2), then stir it to make it even. Use 160-200 mesh net for filtering. Do not use it until the bubbles are gone.
