BJ-6800H系列水性絕緣漆（Series Water-borne Insulating Varnish）
水性絕緣漆是由無機納米材料復合高分子改性水性樹指、水性交聯(lián)劑、基材潤濕劑等構成，具有較高的耐熱性，絕緣性，優(yōu)異的附著力，柔韌性，粘接力強，干燥和固化速度快，耐水性和耐溶劑性能好等優(yōu)點。
本產(chǎn)品不含任何苯類溶劑及重金屬，具有安全、環(huán)保的特點，達到零VOC排放、無毒、無害、不燃不爆，是一種新型的綠色環(huán)保產(chǎn)品。該漆屬B級絕緣材料，主要適用于浸漬電機電器線圈、變壓器、馬達、發(fā)電機、電路板、線路板、電阻、電容、轉(zhuǎn)子、漆包線等的浸漬涂裝，有防潮、散熱、絕緣、固定、保護線路板等作用。
Water-based Insulating Varnish is composed of modified inorganic anaphase materials compound high molecular water based resin, water-borne cross-linking agent, and base material wetting agent. It has high heat resistance, insulating resistance, outstanding adhesive force and great flexibility. Fast drying and curing, resistance against water and solvent are also the advantages.
This product does not contain any unhealthful benzene solvent. Being non-burning, non-burst, non-poisonous, it is a green environment protection product. It is complied with B grade insulating materials. It is mainly applied in dip-coating for motor electric coil, transformer, motor, generator, PCB board, circuit board, electric resistance, capacitance, rotor, varnished wire. It has a function of anti-humidity, heat emission, insulating, position fixing and protection of the circuit board.

施工參考：
采用浸涂施工。浸漬施工前，將原漆倒入槽中，然后將待涂工件完全浸入5分鐘左右，讓工件在靜止下涼干后入爐烘烤。由于各用戶的施工條件和工藝不同，實際操作中用戶須依生產(chǎn)條件具體設定，如施工出現(xiàn)問題，請與我公司技術工程部聯(lián)系。
How to use
It adopts dip-coating. Before coating, import the original paint into the slot and put the coating tools into it for 5 minutes. Stew the tools, when they are dry, put them into the stove for drying. Since different users have different conditions and techniques, please contact our engineering department for any issues when using our products.
